MoKan Pin
Dear Parents:
An image of our USNA MoKan Pin is shown above. My apologies if it appears a bit blurry. However, this should give you an idea of what it looks like. We have added the red, white and blue ribbon for other recognition purposes. Depending on your computer's screen size and resolution, the image above may be fairly close to actual size, which is approximately 4 1/2" x 2".
During your trips to Annapolis, the MoKan pin will become a great way not only to recognize other Missouri and Kansas parents, but will also be a way for others across the country to meet you and recognize where you come from.
Your name (the parents' name) will go in the place where Gregg Gibson's name is. Your Mid's name and class year will go where Matt's name and year is. No matter whether you live in Kansas or Missouri, your home state will be shown under your Mid's name.
As a gift to new dues-paying members, the MO-KAN USNA Parents Club will purchase up to two pins for a family membership. Family membership is $30. Membership forms are available on the website under membership or can be obtained by emailing Marla Rinne at mrinne79@hotmail.com. Membership forms will be available at the June 10 picnic. If we order the pins immediately following the picnic they may even be to you by I-Day.
Extra pins are available at a cost of $7.50 each. Information needed for pin is parent's name, mid's name, year of graudation, and state in which you live. If you are coming to the June 10 picnic, we will have membership forms and extra order forms for you to complete while you are at the picnic. Checks can be made payable to USNA Parents' Club. In order to save on the cost of shipping, the next order will be June 10, 2006.
